CIDC runs a variety of online casino and poker websites for international players. I was hired to lead a team of designers and developers through a redesign of the casino platform with a focus on the redesign of the "Casino Lobby" where players buy chips and select games to play. I conducted in-depth competitive analysis and worked closely with CIDC product managers to deliver a new user experience that was significantly beyond their competition's site experiences. The designs will ultimately become the bases for redesigning the entire gaming platform at CIDC.
